production site & ringed works
ON PRODUCTION & CONTINUITY
Over the past years, the sculptural practice has gradually expanded into new formats and questions of continuity, collectibility and long-term stewardship. In response, new infrastructures have begun to emerge, including the production site Au Piémont in eastern France and the KSTx Ring Archive, within which a growing body of finished works is progressively being assembled.
In the final stages of their development, selected objects are provided with a small aluminium ring carrying a unique identifier. From that moment on, each ring links the work to the archive and ensures traceability across exhibitions, collections and future developments.

Acquired in spring 2026, Au Piémont has become the primary location for this newly intensified artistic development and production. Providing the spatial and material conditions for larger inventories, dedicated tooling and more consistent workflows, the site not only gives new impulses to ongoing research trajectories but also enables a greater level of refinement in the realization of finished objects.
On site, new developments unfold alongside the revisiting of studies accumulated over fifteen years of sculptural practice. Now properly accessible and maintained, earlier prototypes and experiments either gradually stabilize in their own right or become decisive components in the development of new bodies of work.

At the same time, the growing material archive, now likewise properly hosted and maintained, continues to expand, supporting the ongoing development of new construction details and techniques required for the long-term durability of the resulting objects.
Visitors interested in the works, the archive or the ongoing developments at Au Piémont are welcome to arrange visits to the production site. Inquiries regarding visits and available works can be directed to atelier@aupiemont.fr.
